Host a traveling photo exhibit of the Savior, of course.
At the exhibit one of the hosts pointed to a very large print of the Christus and asked Adelaide who it was. She paused a second then very nervously said, "the hugest guy I ever saw."
We weren't allowed to to take pictures, but thanks to the web I'm able to show you one of my favorite photographs.
"What is the day of His coming were tomorrow? If we knew that we would meet the Lord tomorrow--through our premature death or through His unexpected coming--what would we do today?
What confessions would we make?
What practices would we discontinue?
What accounts would we settle?
What forgiveness would we extend?
What testimonies would we bear?
If we would do those things then, why not now?
Why not seek peace while peace can be obtained?
What accounts would we settle?
What forgiveness would we extend?
What testimonies would we bear?
If we would do those things then, why not now?
Why not seek peace while peace can be obtained?
If our lamps of preparation are drawn down, let us start immediately to replenish them."
I know that Jesus Christ is our Lord and Savior. I've promised Him I will be a witness to that fact. I have some forgiveness to extend, some practices to discontinue, some testimony to bear, and some peace to find. I'd better get busy.
